Embodied Liberation:
A 1:1 Spiritual and Somatic Coaching Series for deep-feeling world-changers who are ready to release trauma from their bodies, reclaim authority over their lives, and finally rise in their full power and purpose.
You've done all the things you know how to free yourself. You can name your patterns, and you even know where they come from, but you still feel like you are carrying the weight of your own, or your family's, or your ancestors' trauma, and you know there must be a way to feel lighter, freer, more clear and powerful in your own skin.
Over 4, 8, or 12 sessions we find where that lives in your body, alchemize it, and build the life you choose once the trauma stops choosing for you.
We
Release. Reclaim. Rise.

Does any of this sound familiar?
You keep landing in the same relationship wearing a different face — the anxious-avoidant loop, the codependence, the version of you that disappears to keep someone close
You make just enough. Rent gets paid, and there's still a sense of scarcity. Abundance is a word you say and don't feel in your body
You left your religion and something went with it. You don't want the dogma back. You miss the ritual, the people, the singing, the sense that something larger had you — and you have no idea what you believe now
You want to connect to Spirit without leaving part of yourself at the door: your queerness, your anger, your politics, your doubt
You do more emotional work for other people than they do for themselves, and then resent that nobody does it for you
You watch other people have the love, the money, the calling — and underneath it is what's wrong with me
Your family dynamics make you want to scream. You know you're the one being called to break the pattern, and you're afraid you'll repeat it anyway
You have a pretty good life and something is blocking you from feeling the joy
You carry the grief of the world in your jaw, in your chest, and it feels like you're the only one around you who can't put it down
Your body is not wrong.
The tightness in your chest is an accurate reading.
The world is actually dangerous for queer people, for trans people, for Black and brown people, for immigrants.
Your body is not malfunctioning when it braces. It is telling the truth about the conditions we're living in, and about the collective longing for something freer.
But here is the important part:
We don't have to let it keep us in constant contraction. We can learn how to grieve what we need to grieve, and scream what we need to scream, and then let the song in, and let the earth in, and find the part of you that has never been harmed — it exists, and it is older than everything that happened to you — and we build from there.

Before Isabel worked with me she felt "low, lost, and unimportant." After only one session she said:
"I got to see the truth of the trauma I had gone through and release the confinement of that cage. I felt lighter and able to breathe easier. I am more able to set boundaries and keep them."
— Isabel C.
The Arc
How it moves
I built Embodied Liberation because:
I refuse to watch
world-changing visionaries, some of the most creative humans alive, live buried under their pain and under beliefs about who they're allowed to become.
I refuse to watch
spiritual seekers stay lost and longing because of the dogma of their past, or because they can't find a community built for Divine connection and social justice.
I refuse to watch
someone brilliant stay broke because she has resistance to receiving money for her work.
I refuse to watch
powerful women and queer people drained by relationship patterns that keep them out of their full authenticity.
I refuse to watch
my people hand over their power while banging their heads against government-level change, when we have the genius to build something better ourselves.
And I refuse to watch
my people stay so locked in trauma that their bodies hurt too much to rise up, or to build the world we want so desperately to live in.

What changes
I asked clients to walk me through an ordinary Tuesday, a year from now, where what they were struggling with is genuinely handled.
What they described were small details of their lives that would actually signal that everything had changed, that they were living at a baseline of peace and joy and love and self-trust.
"I wake up rested and with ease. I have no trouble with mundane activities like making food or going on a walk to get sunshine. I don't lay in bed for hours doomscrolling."
"I do my work with a sense of light and purpose, and then transition into an evening with a person or people that I love and that love me back, where we have fun and all contribute similar amounts of energy, time, money and care into being together."
"I feel at ease, with trust for myself."
Here is what I have actually watched happen.
And underneath all five: people fall in love with themselves.
The ones who arrive struggling to see their own worth are the ones I've watched find their power.
That's most of what this is, and it's the most exciting thing to watch.
What clients say
I came to Jules feeling spiritually lost — disconnected from Source, unsure of my identity, and questioning what I'm actually here to do. From the very beginning, Jules created a deeply safe and grounded space where I could be vulnerable without needing to have the 'right' answers. What really shifted something for me was uncovering a belief I didn't realize still had power over me.

Kate K
Jules is one of the most profound healers I've ever had the privilege to work with. With Jules, there's room for the mess, the truth, and the full range of what needs to be felt in order to move forward. Her presence has deeply shaped my healing, especially as I work through trauma.

Adrienne G
I had an Embodied Liberation coaching session with Jules, and it was just as transformative as I expected after doing bodywork with her for the last couple years. She helped me access my highest self in relation to difficult memories, which changed my relationship to those past experiences. I left feeling empowered, with new insights, and like so much more healing is possible for me.

Raye F.
Jules is the real deal. She has such a beautiful way of holding space and radiating pure love and safety. She's been helping me cultivate and nurture the connection between my body, mind, and soul.

What we actually do in a session
I
We make the space sacred.
A short invocation to open — claiming the state of mind we want to be in. Clear, open, willing for whatever needs to heal to heal. We talk about what that looks like for you before we ever do it. (If prayer is a loaded word from where you came from, we'll find the language that isn't.)
II
We check the basics.
Have you eaten. Did you sleep. Are you somewhere you won't be interrupted. (Not a formality. A body that's hungry and braced for a knock on the door is not going deep.)
III
We catch up on your actual week.
What happened, what's live, what you're ready to lay down.
IV
Then we go where it's alive.
This is the bulk of the session. An upset cleared at the root. Current-life regression (trauma healing). Past-life regression and ancestral clearing. Shadow work that makes the unconscious conscious. Quantum visioning of the future you're actually here for. Life Manual creation to bring the transformation to your daily life so you are held by structure. (I follow your body and the guidance of Consciousness over any formula I've prepared.)
V
We name what will support you throughout your week.
One commitment. A practice you'll actually keep. Homework that fits the week you actually have.
VI
We close with a benediction.
A confirmation prayer — what some of my teachers call a spiritual mind treatment. You leave with the new beliefs and declarations spoken over you rather than just discussed.

What usually gets in the way
1
"It's a lot of money."
Fair. It is, and I'm not going to reframe that into something smaller than it is.
And there's usually a second sentence underneath it: I can't spend this on myself when the world is on fire/ when other people need it more.
I want to answer that one directly, because I've said it too.
So here's the honest version. Spending on your own healing is not a withdrawal from the collective. It's how you start making room for more resource to flow into your life so that you can flow more into the collective. When we feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually resourced we are able to embody our gifts more precisely and powerfully.
We finally have the space to do the work we are meant to do to make an impact in the world. We cannot pour from an empty cup.
And on the other question — how do I know it'll work? You don't, and I won't pretend otherwise.
That's what the free call is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch if it isn't a fit. Bring me the thing that hasn't moved in years and I'll tell you honestly whether I think this will move it. And as with most things, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
Every series is $587 a month, with a discount if you pay in full. There's a sliding scale spot each quarter. If money is the only thing standing between you and this work, write to me.

"I'm already in therapy."
Good. Stay in it.
I'm not a therapist, and this doesn't replace mental health or crisis care. Your therapist holds clinical care — diagnosis, treatment, coordination with a prescriber, holding you through a crisis. Nothing I do substitutes for that.
Coaching has a different shape:
-
It's time-bound and pointed at something. Four, eight, or twelve sessions, with a destination we name in the first one
-
We go to the root and then we go forward — the belief underneath, and then real time on what you're building
-
Your spiritual life gets to be the subject. We pray, or ritual, or meditate. We use tarot if you want it
-
We work with things outside the clinical frame — regression, ancestral clearing, shadow work, quantum visioning, energy work, hands-on myofascial work in Denver
-
Sessions run 75 to 90 minutes, with voice-note access between them
Most of my clients have been in therapy for years. The insight is there and it hasn't alchemized the pattern. That's the season where coaching does something therapy wasn't built to do. And if something opens in here that needs clinical support, I'll tell you, and I'll want you to have both.

"There's nowhere to hide in 1:1 work."
Someone told me that was her honest hesitation. She's right. There isn't.
Being seen without the armor is what we're in this for, and it's also why it works — the parts of you that have been managed and concealed for twenty years are the exact parts that can't move while they're still concealed.
Here's what being seen in this room actually involves.
We go as slow as you want, or as deep as fast as you want, and you set that every session, out loud. If speaking your needs is hard, we'll work on that, and you can trust I'm reading your nonverbal cues too.
We handle the rudimentary things first, because they matter. Close your door. Hold a pillow if you want something to hold. Tell me if you need to stop.
And if the part of you that manages everyone's comfort starts managing mine mid-session, I'll notice, and I'll say so.
You don't have to take care of me in here.
Full acceptance. No judgment. I love seeing people in all of their mess and all of their shadow and all of their beauty, and I find all of it beautiful. I'm not going to hand you a verdict about yourself.
4
"Some part of me isn't sure I want to let go of my pain."
This one almost nobody actually knows about themselves, and if they do, they rarely say out loud, and it's more common than any of the others.
The pain has been organizing your life for a long time. It's the reason you resist the things you really want. It's the proof that something really did happen to you. Letting go of it can feel like losing the evidence, or like losing a part of yourself you've built around.
That part of you is just a brave younger part that kept you safe and hasn't been told it can rest.
We go at the speed of the part that isn't sure. We don't override it, and we don't pry anything open. We hold with tenderness, and we ask that part where it is ready to let go.
Questions
Why I Built This
Nobody hands their discernment over to me.
Three institutions taught me that my authority lived outside of me.

The Church
taught me God was out there and that who I am — a wild queer feminist — was wrong. I moved out of state to fast and pray it out of me. It didn't come out. I came out instead, on the steps of the Kansas City Music Hall after seeing Rent for the first time.
The Government
taught me my allegiance belonged to it and I believed I had to carry everything it ever did in my body. I became hyper-reactive to every move it made. I've been finding ways since to reclaim my own authority and make the State less relevant to my inner life.
A Spiritual Teacher
I gave seventeen years to taught me to trust them above trusting myself. When I finally saw the control for what it was, I left to find my sovereignty again. On the way out I climbed Mount Sinai and met God at the top. I got the tattoo the next day:
Who is this coming up from the wilderness
leaning on Her Beloved?
Knowing fully and finally that I am my own Beloved. And the only ruler over my own life.
Three times I was handed an outside authority. Three times I took my own back — and never once by thinking my way out of it. I had to make the new truth a felt reality in my body.
So in this work, it is of utmost importance to me that you are your own authority.
I don't have your answers and I won't pretend to. We figure out what's true for you together, and I help you find your own deep knowing so you can stand on it.
What I Actually Believe
We're here to create. We are the ones our ancestors prayed for.
We have plenty of vision — the communal living, the equitable reciprocity of mutual aid, the restorative justice.
We are also heavy with trauma, and the trauma is what keeps us from uniting into the communities we say we want.
It's why the collectives people dream about fall apart in eighteen months.
It's why movements eat their own. It's why we never have enough money to build the dream.
So the healing is not preparation for the work. The healing is the work.
It's the ground we stand on to build the lives and the world we want — each of us individually, and then all of us together.

Who I Am
I'm a queer ex-vangelical and a pastor's kid with my own history of spiritual trauma. I'm a licensed massage therapist and a John F. Barnes myofascial release practitioner with my hands on at least fifteen bodies a week — I know the way a belly carries shame. I know what a jaw feels like right before somebody tells the truth. And I love to revel in the moment they realize they are ready to.
I love this work and choose to do it because I refuse to watch queers, visionaries, and deeply feeling people get buried under the weight of the world when they could be standing in their sovereignty and living their purpose!
I will not separate the body from Spirit or Spirit from social justice. Spirituality without embodiment or care for others is just fluff.
You already
understand yourself.
You have the insight. You have the language.
What you need is for the pattern to leave your body—and for the life on the other side of it to be the life you are living with ease, embodiment, and empowerment.
That is what this series is for.
